some are even saying the lending protocols are structured to define an inverse relationship between liquidity and yield. and that that's literally the entire fucking point of the lending market.

it seems wild and crazy, but you actually get yield by lending to others, which is why you can't necessarily withdraw all the time. some experts are even saying the yield is a sort of reward for lenders for taking on the risk of temporary illiquidity.
@sunboud0 @MorphoLabs Depositors of these vaults cannot withdraw funds. The USDC is being lent out in markets with 100% utilisation, that have 0 USDC available There is not enough available liquidity e.g. @hyperithm vault: only $6k out of $99M can be withdrawn. Because of mHYPER/USDC & other markets
