My biggest thing is getting my kiddos reading above grade level and writing/speaking better than adults.

I always said I’m not going any higher in grades here I am then taught second and now third

I couldn’t be more excited to be teaching third grade ELA🙏🏾 I never ever saw myself here tho honestly I thought I would just teach Kindergarten and First grade.

No fake bluff teaching over here.

How could you not pay teachers especially good teachers who move students data in real time
