I'm proud TokyoDev is sponsoring this event for women and non-binary Rubyists attending RubyKaigi! While men still make up the majority of attendees at the conference, I've seen great progress in the gender balance since I first attended in 2007. https://t.co/XZErZuYWze

As AI is increasingly being adopted by recruiting tools and even other job boards, I want to make TokyoDev’s stance clear: we will not use AI to screen or rate your applications. We will instead focus on doing what AI cannot.

TokyoDev will instead improve the traditional hiring process.
