🎶May your Parkway be Merry and Bright🎅🎶. Yesterday, Councilwoman Jo-Ann Ryan (Ward 5) spread holiday cheer at her Christmas on the Parkway event, complete with music and a a horse-drawn sleigh. Kids and community came out to say hi to Santa Claus and grab a cup of hot cocoa.
