📦 9 days without luggage → forced to buy essentials + an extra suitcase. On day 10, we told @flyswiss to send the bags directly home to avoid mistakes during our trip. Day 11: bags delivered in NL.

📍 In Bangkok, we immediately filed a PIR. No option from @flyswiss to share tag location – only limited web forms. 3 days later they asked for tag info, but only Apple tags were supported. #CustomerService.

✈️ During our 18-day trip to Thailand with @flyswiss, 2 out of 3 suitcases never made it. Our Galaxy Tags showed they were left in Zurich, but SWISS denied it. #SwissAir #BaggageFail.
