On Saturday the Environmental Club joined the Hike for Hillsdale event and helped clean up garbage from the Sapienza Gardens!

Scott Kay from IKEA came and spoke to the Environmental Club about what practices businesses are doing to be profitable but also environmentally conscious. Everything from how they grow wood and cotton to the food they serve!

The Environmental Club donated over 250 toys so that our gently used toys stay out of landfills and are donated to less fortunate children!

The Environmental Club had a great day yesterday at Meadowbrook’s Harvest Fest where we donated 45 costumes so they could be worn again! ♻️

The Environmental Club had our first event of the year! We had a very successful clean-up in Sapienza Gardens, filling up bags with lots of garbage! We are looking forward to this school year and all the great things we will be doing for the environment!

A watershed Ambassador came yesterday and helped us check the health of the PV stream by classifying what bugs were present.
