think gondi is a great platform but i really dont understand how people underwrite punk loans. I would almost NEVER give out more than a 3 month term on any nft inc punks, and i think rates should be twice as high (esp on LT duration) given the risk lenders are taking

If the terminal floor price of CryptoPunks ends up being only $10,000 I would still consider the project a great success. Imagine owners of 10,000 different JPEGs not accepting less than $10,000 for their cartoon. That would still be $100M+ in value created from thin air.
