Is anyone else seeing these patients post mild COVID with low DLCO, no fibrosis/emphysema/other things dragging down the DLCO? Does anyone have lung biopsies from them, what is it? We looked at a dual energy perfusion score which correlated with DLCO & breathlessness symptoms.

Tim put this together from our Brompton/London PH cohort 😊. over 120 patients with right heart cath-confirmed severe PH-ILD (PVR>5 WU). Benefit in all PH ILD subgroups. Until we have a prospective RCT, this data suggests sildenafil is safe and improves survival.
