I keep hearing about the colorism, and I can see some examples, but I haven't *felt* like it was a genuine problem. Has someone put together a list of these deaths? Also, is it just that they died, or that they died and were evil? Not saying it isn't a thing, I need to see data.

I'm just going to put this out there - deciding on a Watch Order in D&D is one of the most pointless things you can do in the game. Random Encounters happen, or they don't, and your order doesn't impact that one bit. If something happens, roll for who it happens to, and move on.
