To make things worse we’re also hearing that Canada Life’s reasonable expense caps are lower than Sun Life. Members are getting less $ back even when the coverage has gone up. The govt needs to get to the bottom of this and fix it! #hurtbycanadalife #PSAC #canlab

Although PSAC welcomes the government's initiatives to tackle affordability and the housing crisis, deeper public service cuts are concerning for Canadians who depend on critical federal programs and the workers who deliver them.

The transition has resulted in plan members being bounced between #canadalife & provincial coverage, often waking up early to be the first on the line w/ a customer service agent. In the meantime, they can’t get any refunds. They go w/o their meds or pay large sums out of pocket.
