I wish this game had a stat tracker... Pretty Please let me see my K/D and Exfil%. Stats are so sick to check, give me stats for even silly stuff like "Fall damage taken" or "Tick damage taken"

i’ve seen a lot of “i need to be hunted in through the woods” posts recently but i feel like we’re not considering the more interesting option of hunting *each other* through the woods at night where using a flashlight or moving too fast would immediately give away your position

They need to standardize the melee damage against players across the board and make the Melee Damage stat only affect damage to UESC and Sph’t.
Anyone that thinks the knife shouldn’t be nerfed in Marathon is a moron

The brutality of the genre is part of the art direction, though. Tau Ceti IV very clearly does not want you here, and every advancement you make has to be fought or scavenged for. Adding a PvE mode thats more palatable for the masses directly detracts from that art direction.
I love what marathon is. I know this is what the devs vision for the game was and I haven’t been so addicted to a game like this in forever. And I would love for it to just add on to that experience. That being said, I am all for them adding a pve mode or something that would

kind of a shame how many people would probably LOVE Marathon, but won't ever give it a chance. every week I see more and more people change their tune on the game. I hope everyone that would love it can eventually get over whatever is holding them back and give it a try 💜
