After a tenant submits a maintenance request with a preferred time, property managers can easily schedule a maintenance request with an operator at a time that works for all parties. All of this takes only a couple minutes within our easy-to-use web app.

Current maintenance processes are incredibly redundant. A simple maintenance request is a complicated mess of back and forth with tenants and operators, updating tickets, and sorting through hundreds of emails. With Propra, this can be simplified into a single process.

With 250 units and 125 requests coming in per month at $30/hour for property managers. $15 per work order x 125 = $1,875 (60 work hours). With Propra:.$3 per work order x 125 = $375 (12 work hours).

With Propra all of this can be simplified into a single process on our web app that takes just a couple minutes.

When using a competitor’s property management software, they had to:.- Manually generate a work order.- Download the work order.- Attach the work order to an email with the vendor.- Update the status of the work order.for a total of 15-30 minutes per maintenance request.

Each maintenance request would involve 8-10 steps including back and forth with the tenant, back and forth with the vendor, and back and forth with the owner.

To retain tenants for longer, property managers must establish an effective KPI strategy that allows them to identify key metrics to track how they are doing and create the steps necessary to improve their maintenance process.
