This was my reply to a direct question about the different types of pain men and women experience when they are cheated on.
@kidmanOyin Both men and women experience pain as a result of cheating but I think they may experience a different type of pain. For many men it is the ultimate betrayal. For women I think it has more to do with a bruised or battered ego. She'll feel pain because she wasn't enough to keep.

Women who have no competition have a tendency to let themselves go. When a woman is competing for your attention and trying to work her way into your life she will maintain her best physical appearance. Once she catches you if there are no more challenges some of these women.
