For the past year, I have end every keynote or professional development by having all participants follow the lead of a young Irish boy who shows how to spread love through making a love heart with your hands! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

This is a pretty remarkable high school auditorium. It will be full shortly with educators who I hope with leave emotionally filled! Every opportunity I get, reiterates just how honored I am to have the privilege to do this. #tienetwork #disruptersunite #unapologeticDisrupter

In America, we do not have the opportunity to heal from collective trauma. We act it out. We are inundated by it. But we rarely have the space to grieve, feel, and heal. Afterall, healing requires a sense of safety, and we are far from that.
