4) Biggest blocker to happiness is our fear of death. But knowing that we all will die should help making us more connected. LIfe is short and no one is going to remember me or my legacy even, I want to be happy and have fun rather than getting caught up in egos and issues.

3)Happiness comes when you start finding win win. Throughout our lives we are taught to play competitive games where there is one winner. But these games only end up with us feeling disconnected and lonely. However playing games where everyone wins are very satisfying

2) Happiness can be learnt or cultivated like any other skill. It requires you to train your mind like you train your body. For eg I can look at a situation and think about my pain and wallow in it or I can think about how it is building me up.

And i might make mistakes because I have my own messes and my own conditioned beliefs to deal with but one thing i am certain - I don't want them to copy me or odolize me - they need to grow into their own being and realise i am simply human capable of making mistakes.

I want them to be able to deal with life and all it throws up and handle consequences of all their choices - right and wrong. My job isn't to decide they are too small to decide but my job is to mentor them and help them train their mi

Many people think I am too liberal or have laxadical attitude towards parenting. I don't teach them for their exams and am perfectly fine of they get low grades. Because life isn't about grades- I was a topper all the time and it didn't stop me from wanting to commit a suicide.

I don't force them to do anything except reading. I don't stop them from their device too. However i do tell them the consequence of all they do and then let them make their own choice.
