We’re constantly refining our dough recipe at IPP and this weekend is no different. As well as our usual blend of Petra 0101HP for the initial Biga and 0102HP for the refresh (both type 1 flours), we’ve replaced some of the 0101HP in our Biga with Petra 9, a wholemeal flour.

The most amazing thing which consistently baffles me is that these folks in cars berating folks on bicycles seem to think that none of the folks on bicycles actually ever drive. Again, it's not drivers vs cyclists it's bad drivers vs everybody else.
