4/ The @HumankindAtWork team left with both gratitude and responsibility. Gratitude that this resonates. Responsibility to keep making empathy visible — not as a soft skill, but as a leadership strength and a cultural necessity.

3/ And yet, there was hope. One participant asked: “How do I draw healthy boundaries without being seen as difficult?” A powerful reminder: empathy is not just kindness. It is firmness with humanity and clarity with compassion.

2/ What stood out was how many participants opened up with their own stories. Stories of workplaces where empathy was missing. Stories of managers whose words left lasting scars. Stories that reminded us why these conversations matter.

Before entering journalism Sangeetha worked in Sales and Advertising, experiences that sharpened her understanding of people and stories.
