Literally me and all of you, the left half is the one that dawgs fearlessly the compulsory poison that emerges when churning oneself for the elixer, the right our capacity to stop the poison at our throat, (self care) so as to not destroy our internal universe.

Math makes you a better thinker, in so many discussions and debates, I've seen the inverse and Converse being used as equivalent without further justification.

This appears to be unclear to some. Proposition: (P → Q) Converse: (Q → P) Inverse: (¬P → ¬Q) Contrapositive: (¬Q → ¬P) ≡ (P → Q)

more on this when you launch a cuda kernel, you are not running a function per say like we do in c++, you are handing an abstract specification of a parallelism, often in an intermediate form called ptx, to the nvidia driver, the driver acts as a final stage, just in time

Spent this week studying category theory, revisiting an old topology course I did, and studying algebraic topology. And sleeping a lot :)

There is burnout, and then there is burnout where your head literally feels like it's burning. Thankfully a few days of catching up on sleep usually makes it go away for me :) I also have wherever is the opposite of the elite sleeper gene.

So cool. I think proof writing, group theory and combinators should be a must in high school, cause most of high school math focused on only the calculative aspects, which leave a lot of students feeling like their applying the same calculation algo over and over.

Idgaf about politics and know nothing about it. Afaik Charlie Kirk was a dubious debater at best. Mostly baiting his opponent to very black and white zones. But nobody should be shot like that. He is a human being with family. RIP

No matter how much I try to rationalize, the fault is mine. It always is. Next time onward, I will ensure that I have zero people in front, and even if someone slows down for me, I will let them go, and turn with a completely empty road opposite of me.

I got my bike license on 10/05/2024. I have had only three extremely minor touches/mishaps (one was when I was a complete newbie without a license) in all that time. I have to add one more today to that list. It is indeed very sad.

Now in a minor touch like this, it is common courtesy to stop for a second and sort it out. But no, she knew she fucked up and vehemently fled, I tailed her for a bit to see if she would stop, but she didn't, and you can only tail a lady for so long.

a small piece of plastic did come off her scooty. But my bike is unscathed, except a small readjustment of my handlebar angle, (cause only front tire touched).

I braked really fucking hard and screamed "oh fuck". the front of my tire barely touched the side of the side of her scooty, nobody lost balance, nobody fell, in the end it was a very minor situation.

Nobody else on the road. However, it turns out that a scooter (hiding behind the car that had slowed down for me) decided that in the middle of an intersection is exactly the right to zip really hard and overtake this car from the left while I was turning.

I stopped near an intersection, put my right turn signal, and the car that was on the opposite lane, (they were quite far) slowed down nicely for me, and hence I decided to turn.

Bangalore scooter drivers have too easy of a time getting a license. Many low skilled individuals who can't even follow basic traffic rules like slowing down at an intersection.

I am a big flashcard hater: was very skeptical of https://t.co/bMl4F1CVsq. It SLAPS. the format: you see a proposition, then hints, then full proof, is a great way to learn math. I probably will write some flashcards myself.
