Here’s a fab piece of advice I heard from @alok_sethi, a friend, batchmate, and overall super guy. A coach he worked with said to him:. “You don’t have to act your emotions. You can speak them out.”. That is such a powerful thought. Try it. Next time, say it. Don’t show it.
