Stray dog lovers . please bookmark this.
I was bitten by a stray dog in 90s when I was a 12 yrs old. That dog died in a week and had all symptoms of Rabies. Unfortunately we couldn't afford 2 dose vaccine from private hospital which was around ~250rs rs per dose at that time. Had to walk 2 kms to district govt.

There is no compassion in letting stay dogs kill poor children.
A country that can’t care for its animals especially dogs is not a country that is compassionate. The Supreme Court is so so wrong on this one. Said both as a dog lover and a proud Indian. Some one needs to file a review petition! Soonest….
