Packing was proper then only it was accepted in Katihar booking counter. Attached receipt of booking & the penalty levied at Dibrugarh. Instead of compensating & checking matter, we been penalised. Horrible experience with railway parcel, will never suggest other to use it.

at Dibrugarh the total weight was 12 kgs and accordingly charges were levied as original receipt was missing. How it is justified from your end? No responsibility from railways on the stolen goods and penalty levied separately. Even we were alleged that packing was not proper.

went to collect the parcel, it was observed that someone has already tempered the carat and stolen 5 kgs of mangoes including pickle along with original receipt. On asking the parcel counter, they denied to escalate this and they have penalised. When it was weighted again,

When all the market players like @letsblinkit @bigbasket_com @SwiggyInstamart are delivering grocery on same day, here comes @JioMart who takes 5 days. They are like @internetexplura , 1st they will show it can be delivered in 1-2 days but after ordering it keep extending TAT.
