Also I wish I knew that recovery from burnout doesn’t get solved just by resting or taking a vacation. Adrenal, thyroid health, and hormone imbalances often need more intervention. Doctors, therapists, and nutritionists can all be helpful.

Don’t know who needs to hear this but figuring out new a path, especially after burnout, is not linear. It looks different for everyone and that’s totally OK. Meditation didn’t work for me BUT this did: giving myself the grace and a year to Just Say Yes to learning
