Power supply has been restored to all impacted customers in the Longreach, Blackall, Barcaldine and Clermont areas. The outage was caused by a piece of failed equipment at our Lilyvale Substation, near Emerald. Emergency repairs are underway but all customers are now back

Powerlink is aware of a fault at our Lilyvale substation which has caused a loss of power supply to Longreach, Barcaldine, Blackall and Clermont, as well as some smaller townships in the area. A Powerlink crew is currently on site investigating the issue. We will provide updates
