Don’t chase backlinks first. Publish, rank for long-tail, get traffic, then outreach for links from pages that already show traction.

Metrics to watch (daily/weekly): impressions, clicks, avg position, CTR. If CTR > 8–10% on new pages - you’re doing fine. If not, rewrite titles/meta first.

Week 9–12 — Analyze: drop posts that get 0 impressions in 30 days, double down on top 3 that show click/CTR signals. Repurpose winners into 1 newsletter + 1 tool / checklist each.
