i ended february at 53.4kg... i only lost 1.3kg (¬_¬") i am very, very disappointed in myself ! next month i will do much better
for this month i'm trying to lose 0.3kg per day, i will reach my goal of 46.4kg !

i binged today and didn't purge at all... i really wish i never attempted recovery in the first place, i'm out of the habit of purging tomorrow will be better, one bad day doesn't have to turn into a bad week !

i ate way too much and didn't follow my meal plan for the 3rd day in a row and tomorrow my dad wants to go out to lunch with my grandpa i can hopefully get away with only having a water or diet coke. tomorrow will be better, i will follow my meal plan

i'm going to liquid fast today because i gained to 54.6kg (+1.3kg )
my parents decided to get fast food and got me something, we got home way too late for me to purge. and then i binged and didn't purge, why ? i should have... i feel so awful, all of my progress will be ruined and i've been so good about following my meal plans until today
