@AmazonUK might legally be right that their contract is with Mitsubishi not my daughter, but you can be technically right and both morally and commercially wrong by not treating your users right.

Really it’s obviously not Mitsubishi’s problem - clearly this is an Amazon fault, but they are being unusually unhelpful in solving their own issue. Amazon gift cards make great prizes for competitions but not if they don’t work.

She got 2 cards - one worked, the other @Amazon says is invalid. Customer service originally promised to fix within 24 hours but now say they need the proof of purchase to fix this. School holidays have started so no easy way to contact @meuk_les
