The problem was it was so much fun filming the swimming bits I kind of forgot what I was meant to be saying. Which was: #NoNatureCure , #swims are best, #lakeswimming4eva etc ... #EhlersDanlos #TheChronicLife

Before diagnosis I stopped swimming because I was getting so dizzy ... then after diagnosis realised it was the heat in the changing room setting off the #Dysautonomia 🤦🏼. I'd spend all my life in water if I could. I wonder re. DW too ... part of what I'm writing about!
