I just got out of work and I drove for 1.5 hours just to see my son. I don't feel tired anymore and I just want to hold him for as long as my arms will let me. Thank God he's home and thank all of you for making this moment possible. God bless 🙏❤️

We just received a call from the billing department of the hospital. Leo's doctor said she won't charge us for professional fees. 20 days since Leo was born, the doctor has been doing her best to take care of our son and at the end of it all she won't charge us a dime. 😭🙏.

UPDATE 09/03/2025 9:42pm. Leo will be coming home in a few days. 🙏.With God's grace and medical sciences, he beat pneumonia and blood infections. We've exhausted everything we can to cover his medical needs and this time we leave it up to God and anyone who can help us.

UPDATE 09/01/2025 2:16pm. Leo no longer needs the aid of medical equipment. 📍Gained 45 grams today.📍Day 8/10 of antibiotics. The cost to keep him there has been lowered to $80 a day. He will be transferred to the nursery sooner than expected. Thank you everyone. 🙏😭

I don't know where to find $185 x 7 days. We've done everything we can and as his father, I am failing miserably to support his medical needs. Lord forgive me. I don't know what to do.

UPDATE 08/30/2025 10:35pm. Leo will be transferred from the isolation room to the nursery in about a week from now. We just need to survive for 7 days. Lord help us. 🙏

So what's the problem? It costs $185/day or Php 10k to keep him at the hospital. If he isn't discharged soon, we will literally lose everything. 💔.

Our hospital bill has passed Php 250k today. My wife and I paid Php 150k out of our life savings. Insurance paid Php 30k. Our frens ❤️ donated Php 35k. The government paid Php 30k. The total is Php 245k which means Leo's bill is now just Php 5k.

UPDATE 08/29/2025 3:13pm. Leo 🙏❤️ .📍Gained 15 grams today.📍Feeding to be increased up to 30 cc as tolerated ( if tolerated, feeding tube will be removed ).📍He will be moved to the nursery by Saturday.📍Antibiotics will continue for 6 more days.📍 Blood tests ongoing
