Here's how Judge Immergut broke it down: 1. Was there an invasion by a foreign nation? No. 2. Was there a rebellion? She held that protests are not "rebellions," so no. 3. Was there evidence Trump couldn't execute the laws normally? No. Therefore, she found the order unlawful.
