At present, 7 of the 31 nodes have churned back in, and 8 more are waiting to churn back in. This has been by far the single greatest node turnover, and the network has handled it remarkably, only briefly becoming underbonded for a period of ~3 days.

Of the additional 19 that requested to leave, only 6 unbonded, with 13 having unbonded either nothing, or low enough to remain eligible to churn back in. I credit my team's response and leadership during this time for the turnaround that stymied capital flight.

On 1-Feb, starting at approx. 04:00am UTC, a single node operator issued "LEAVE" commands for 13 nodes. This lead to a near-immediate sell-off of $RUNE (sparked by fears of bond flight leading to market selling). In the subsequent hours, an additional 19 nodes requested to leave.

Over the past week, 32 @THORChain nodes churned out. Of those, 17 have unbonded and 15 have either churned back in or are waiting to churn back in The system is currently overbonded by 1.285m RUNE, with an additional 9.87m RUNE churning in over the next week.
