It should not be this difficult to commute to and from his school! Ironically there wasn't a single bus cancelled when the snow hit! This is a complaint again! (6)

We boarded the bus from Old Swan, Davidson road at 07.57am and it still took over an hour to get there! The bus is slow, unreliable and always late when it isn't being cancelled! This is the only bus I can get to and from this location so there should be no cancellations. (4)

It isn't once in a while it's every day, today one bus broke down, we had to get off, get onto another 62 bus from Old Swan to Walton, Ternhall Road stop and as a result my son was ten minutes late for school. (3)

I've had to pay twice for black cabs to get home for appointments and the depot has refused to refund me! This is the only bus I can get back home, there isn't any other bus options! This needs to be sorted out, it's both unfair, and poor service! (2)
