To be fair, Fortnite uses the same engine for all ports while Minecraft have two seperate engine with the one that's being ported the most being the buggiest.

I mean they are literally just proving your point. I find it that a lot of people (myself included) often generalize a subject as a whole instead of looking deeper in the whole subject and nitpick on certain things. Again I am guilty of this too (for other things).
