Ramai di Threads cakap camni. I'm glad that we are more aware about mental health. Tapi dah masuk fasa di mana kita PERLU bercakap tentang mental illness prevention. Enough about Awareness. People are using mental issues as a weapon not to do better, and this is problematic.
