Someone should do a IG/YT channel where they go cook with grandmothers of different cultures for a week each. Cookbooks are fine but they miss on that deep cultural/tribal knowledge

One of my all time favorite books is “Rules for a Knight” by Ethan Hawke (yes, the actor). Hawke is a direct descendant of Sir Thomas Lemuel Hawkes. In the 1970s, his family discovered a letter from 1483 in the basement of his family farm. The book is Hawke’s edited version of
