it's so simple that i'm reluctant to call it "tech," but target combo -> HP blitz -> kill rush leaves you +11 point blank. Meaning u can do st HP 2frames meaty. So 0 on blk, +7 on hit (can combo into another target combo). Yay for easy confirm situations 😀
