Timeline: From Sept 2025, virtually all employers in SA with 50+ employees are required to commit to government race, sex, and disability "targets", to be met progressively over five years. If "targets" missed, from year 1, companies are liable for fines of up to 10% of turnover.

This is not widely understood yet: Government is also requiring all FOREIGN employers in SA with 50+ employees to reduce white males to as low as 4%, starting September 2025.

These race-quotas amount to absurd social engineering. The regulations stipulate that:. Each company should classify itself into 1 of 18 sectors and 'adjust' its workforce to meet quotas for race, gender, and disability. From September 2025, employers have 5 years to fully.
