The city and township are still worlds apart. Spatial apartheid never left.

If we had taken the townships into the cities and the cities into the townships in 1994, apartheid’s map would be gone

Townships aren’t dirty. They’re ignored. 400 years of theft, 50 years of apartheid, and a failing state leave people to survive impossible conditions. Stop blaming them. Blame the system.

Today is Monday, and we have yet to receive any confirmation regarding @GaytonMcK’s dismissal from parliament.

I’ve explored many faiths, but every road led back to this: no god has built a just world, and no prayer has dismantled oppression. Only people, organised and unafraid, have ever changed the course of human history.

What does the PA look like post-Mckenzie? Will it still be a zionist funding lobby or does it dissolve into his toxic legacy?

Let me not be the one to judge whether @GaytonMcK CAN use the K-word, but I sure as hell will be the one to judge whether he SHOULD. In his words: “I have presidential ambitions.” Now, does someone with presidential stature position himself like that?.

Call out the Open Chat hypocrisy, but also call out @GaytonMcK and his own hypocrisy. WTF does he think he is, he built his political career on the K-word and derogatory statements towards Africans.

“I have presidential aspirations he said!” Only in a country still drunk on the fumes of apartheid can a man who once spat the K-word think he’s fit to run it. Racists don’t want the presidency to serve the people, they want it to own them.

Gayton McKenzie should be FIRED.
