7/ Rural areas may be another winner of the post era. After being stuck in big towns, within small apartments, and given the adoption of remote work policies, it is also likely that workers will increasingly look for relocation options in rural, mountain or beach side areas.

6/ For that reason, I believe sectors today negatively impacted by the crisis such as mid term rentals, the coworking industry and other services related to work mobility will most likely significantly grow their addressable market in the post crisis.

5/ Data from @EU_Eurostat shows that in 2018, 9.9% of the working EU´s population work from home "sometimes" while 5.1% "usually" do it. Simplifying, it is up to 4.8% of the EU´s population who could potentially move to fully remoting.
