It's still early, but I think Nintendo Switch 2 can get close to 8m units this quarter (ending Dec). Looking at 2017, Switch shipped over 7.23m units between Oct 2017 and Dec 2017. Nintendo Switch 2 can beat that imo, but that will depend on Nintendo's supply chain.

Nintendo Switch 2 sold over 328.000 units in the US during October • Reaching around 3m units sold in the US alone • Up 68% compared to Nintendo Switch 1 (1.8m units in 5 months) • Beating October 2017 for the Switch 1 (290k units with Super Mario Odyssey release)

• Great legs from Hyrule Warriors AOI • Good hold for Pokemon Legends Z-A on NS2 too • Switch 2 at nearly 100k units is impressive, might be Famitsu overtracking though • PS5 decrease again ahead of price cut on the digital model (the least popular)
