New year, new assemblies! I'm excited to announce Autocycler, my new tool for consensus assembly of long-read bacterial genomes! It's the successor to Trycycler, designed to be faster and less reliant on user intervention. Check it out: https://t.co/NksiyESF7u (1/5)

Devs whose jobs got taken by AI: Come join bioinformatics! I wish I could say AI will soon take my job as then I could move on to all the other things to be solved in my field. Just be warned that learning the bio part is != trivial, which is why AI ain't taking our jobs for now.
