Thanks to my day job of working with wearables I let go of my Apple Watch 2 months ago and started wearing @Garmin and @ouraring and I see a huge shift in how I track my sleep and workouts. Looking forward to using @WHOOP next month and comparing it to see how I feel about it.

Another surprising thing is how Indian UPI also works in this ecosystem. We tried paying with @PhonePe and it worked very well as well.

Whether it is Kathmandu or Butwal the QR based payments have taken off very well in Nepal. Remitting money from UAE to Nepal being extremely fast, @Everest_Bank ensures I can pay easily everywhere through their app. Extremely seamless.
