Our 5th New Beginnings course started tonight. Week 1 is all about understanding what abuse and trauma bonding is. Over the next 10 weeks we will learn to heal and make positive lasting change. If this sounds of interest to you, please get in touch .Claire and the team 🧡

We made little word clouds for our women on the Accredited course. In week 7 we work on Positive self talk. The ladies say positive things about each other and write them down, we then made word clouds with them. We love making you smile ladies 🧡

Some of our volunteers were finishing their peer support training today. They had to present their own 10min peer support session, they smashed it of course!! .We value our volunteers and want them to have as much training and support they can to provide support to survivors.🧡
