Caleb Jurgens, age 15, of Hopkinton, IA was a freshman at Monticello H.S. in Iowa. He played football. He was in FFA. His true passion in life was Farming. Caleb passed away May 21 from a tragic accident. His funeral was last Saturday, May 27. 2 days later at a local Tractor

@BenRiensche This year: We planted when it was warm and fit. The forecast was favorable both short and long term. Now we sit and wait 🤷‍♀️ Id do it all again under the same circumstances of good weather good forecast warm and fit soils. If you can’t plant under those conditions idk when

I know someone makes these oil pans out of steel instead of plastic. I've seen them online somewhere before but can't find them now. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I'm tired of buying plastic ones.

My dad farms near Bronson, IA which is SE of Sioux City. They’ve gotten less than 5” of rain this entire growing season, and haven’t had a 1 inch rain since March of 2021. Yikes. Little different than my 17” here. #drought22
