As much as I enjoy competition, I'll have to stay retired. The sport has indeed changed and honestly I'm better off without that stress. The fire still burns though I can't lie 🤣

The sad part is CBDCs are ready to go and some people aren't aware of it's affects regarding social credit scores. I toured China and saw first hand that that looks like and it isn't something Americans would want.

Decided to train some arms. It's been five years since I have done a comp. Retirement has been wild yet rewarding in different areas of life. I'm now 235-240lbs which I would normally be 275-280. Increased mobility. Just don't ask me to run long distances 🤣 Much better
