Health (in)equity exists in endocrine surgery. I'm a huge fan of the work of Megan Haymart of the @AmThyroidAssn & U Michigan. Eg, not everyone has access to endocrinologists for thyroid CA care; rather they depend on non-specialists; outcomes differ. #GEIGSHOURS
