2/ The form is extremely cumbersome to fill out. We bought the tickets via @thetrainline which sends you to @OfficialTrenord for the refund. Can someone at one of these companies DM me and help me? The cost of these tickets wasn’t trivial.

1/ they had the person at the customer service counter put in for a refund. I received an email this morning (days later) saying that I needed to fill out a form. Isn’t that what the customer service did with my kids?

What kind of operation does @OfficialTrenord operate? I bought tickets that couldn’t be used during a national train strike that happened on Feb 28. My kids waited in line at Trenord in Milan. I received email that their request was received but nothing came.

Come on @chevrolet - you can use a higher resolution version of the album are on the main screen instead of the thumbnail that you use in the driver’s information area behind the steering wheel. You are using that same image instead of a better version of that image.

In Lake Orion, we pay $95 for Gig speed internet and get about 400-550Mb/s down and 20-30Mb/s up. Should be 1000/40. In Ann Arbor, folks pay $60 for Gig speed and get crazy upstream!
