The deadly floods are followed by a massive wave of solidarity from the wine industry, supporting its machines and menpower. Numerous wines were donated from Germany, Austria, sold as sample packages. Proceeds go to reliable organizations. Wine connects, not only in good times.

After the severe floods hitting the Ahr River valley, so many lost their loved ones and livelihood. Numerous wineries are completely destroyed. Out of 50, only five are still operational. The vineyards have to be looked after, harvest 2021 is just around the corner. But how . ?.
