The Philippines has over 36,000 km of coastline. If you take just 100 meters inland across that stretch, you’re looking at 3.6 million decares of potential land. Even if only 30% of it is realistically usable (excluding cliffs, mangroves, protected zones, etc.), . That’s 1

It turns out foreigners can't own more than 40% of a land plot in the Philippines . Hence the low prices (capital can't flock in). Regardless of the regulations in place, Philippines beachfronts are hugely underpriced for the value and the hedge against an AI future.

Copenhagen is a great city but only if you are a Dane. I am extremely positively biased as I spent around 10 years in the city. But these rankings are not telling the whole truth. For someone who considers moving to Copenhagen - think twice. It all depends what you like in.
Copenhagen is on a roll. It was ranked the safest major city in the world last year too. The food scene is sublime. Public transit phenomenal. So livable, so family friendly. Can't buy this mix of attributes for any amount of money in the US.

@Molson_Hart Would be an interesting development. 7-8y ago I thought that Elon would be a political refugee in China (because of what was happening culturally in the West(wokeness) and the fact that China is the other place (besides the USA)where dreams as big as Elon's can actually be.

One thing I really felt during the event: the energy in this space is alive. Curiosity, ambition, creativity everywhere. Hard not to feel optimistic. I met a guy in his 50s, serious background still hacking, still dreaming. He even made it to the finals. That stayed with me.

When I walked through the hacking spaces - Nearly EVERY hacker had ChatGPT or @cursorai open. I think It is clear now - AI is becoming part of how software and blockchains get built and managed. It is productivity, speed, excitement and challenges.
