Right, here's a quick pitch, smooth as silk: Build a passenger rail corridor-overpasses, no tunnels-from Toowoomba to Helidon, into Rosewood's electric line, then Brisbane. Forty-odd kl to Helidon, thirty more to Rosewood, and straight shot to Brisbane.
