The next step is to evidence implementation for IQA purposes and to show that we are actually following what we say we will.

Today I have been reviewing all our policy and procedure documents making sure they are up to date and fit for purpose. Thank you @ITCfirstAid for providing templates, has saved me so much work, but I have lost count of the number of times I have inserted Peritia Training!
